The Fall 2009, haute couture collection of designer Fausto Sarli conjures up many descriptive words........elegant, decadent, resplendent, feminine and beautifully detailed are just a few. The designer, who hails from Naples, Italy designed his first collection at the palazzo pitti in Florence in 1957. In 1958, he established his own house and opened his second atelier in Rome in 1959 which still "turns out" exquisite "showpieces"
